Hello Parents and Athletes

Please save the dates below for our biggest fundraiser!  Everyone's participation is needed to make this fundraiser a huge success.  Our goal is to raise funds for all of our activities for the 2010 season, including a trip to Florida.  Please commit your time to this worthy cause.  Don't expect to benefit from someone else's fundraising efforts for the club if you are not willing to invest some of your time to fundraising for the club 

100% participation from everyone is needed.

9/09 - 9/12--> 2 person teams to sell tickets on 9/9, 9/10, 9/11, and 9/12 at area hotels.
9/13 -->  Cleanup at the raceway. We MUST have a minimum of 40 committed people         to cleanup;otherwise, the club will not be permitted to participate in this lucrative fundraiser.

A response from parents who have not replied is needed today so that plans for next weekend can be finalized. No response indicates that your athlete will not ride the bus and will not need a room at the hotel. There was a typographical error in the correspondence regarding the hotel fee for the athlete rooms at the Russell Blunt Meet. The hotel fee is $40 per athlete, not $10. The bus fee is $20 per person.The fees(cash or money order) will be collected from each athlete/parent prior to boarding the bus at Sports Backers and Thomas Dale HS on Friday, 24 July.

The Cannonball Cooper is Saturday, July 18th at Highland Springs High School in Henrico, VA.  This is the same venue where the Henrico Pacers Invitational was held earlier this season.
